Q. How is this different from using ChatGPT directly?
A. Generic AI does not solve the "I don't know what to ask" problem. Coral AI builds a dedicated judgement dictionary and business context for your company, and learns your meeting format and domain terms over time. We take responsibility for getting you to the "actually using it" state.
Q. Which AI models do you use?
A. Reasoning runs on Anthropic Claude Sonnet, formatting on Claude Haiku, transcription on OpenAI Whisper, and lightweight tasks are offloaded to Sakura AI Engine (gpt-oss-120b) to compress cost. We are not locked to a single model — we pick the best one per task, and use prompt caching to keep the bill down.
Q. How is data security handled?
A. Each customer runs on a dedicated environment (Mac mini + Docker). Your data is never mixed with another client's. Content sent to Claude is excluded from training by Anthropic's API policy.
Q. How long does onboarding take?
A. After the 2-hour Business Discovery Pack, initial build takes 1 to 2 weeks. All three types can reach beta operation within the same month. Monthly reviews then grow the system step by step.
Q. Can I cancel?
A. Yes. No long-term lock-in. On cancellation, your dedicated judgement rules and business dictionary are exported as `.md` files. The fruits of continuous learning remain your asset.
Q. Is the price negotiable?
A. The monthly fee is cost-based, so we do not discount. In exchange, beta customers' pricing is fixed for the contract period, and any future price increase is announced in advance — giving you long-term certainty.
